Nadine R. Davison
Nadine is an estate planning attorney who presents estate planning seminars
to various groups in Corvallis, including as a guest lecturer for the Oregon
State University, College of Business, Financial Planning Seminar.
Practice Areas:
- Estate planning, including planning for families with children, taxable
and non-taxable estates, IRA retirement trusts, asset protection, and guardianships/conservatorships.
- Trust administration and probate.
- Adoption work including finalizing foreign adoptions, domestic adoptions representing birth mothers and adoptive parents, step-parent adoptions, and relative adoptions.

Prior Experience:
- Eleven years as a commercial/civil litigator in Washington, DC, and Eugene,
Oregon representing corporations and individuals in all aspects of complex
business disputes. In 1995, Nadine moved to
Corvallis from Maryland when her husband accepted a position as a professor
in Oregon State University’s English Department.
